"I Wasn't Dancing in Isolation"

As part of the 40th Anniversary, BBT asked our community to share memories of favorite pieces performed, moments from those performances, and rehearsals at the BBT Studios. Read below for Richa’s.

My favorite performance memory is the 2020 Gala performance to Robert Dekker's choreography. Although we were trapped inside our homes because of COVID, Robert still found a way to make our lives fun and filled with dance! My favorite memory of this performance was watching the fully composed video at the Gala and seeing it all come together with so many BBT dancers and their beautiful movements. All of a sudden, I wasn't dancing in isolation :)… A true work of art!
