Dunham Workshop with Eyla Moore (July 2025)

Dunham Technique is a holistic modern dance technique combining mind, body & spirit. The movement in Dunham comes from ballet, modern, and African diasporic forms, specifically Haitian Dance. Class will build upon itself beginning center floor, followed by Dunham Barre work, progress across the floor and end with a movement combination that will bring all the elements we will work on in class together! All levels are welcome and there will be LIVE accompaniment. Some dance experience is preferred.
