Support BBT’s 2024-25 Season Tuition Assistance Program
For over 40 years, Berkeley Ballet (BBT) has supported dancers of all ages and backgrounds in the Bay Area by providing exceptional training in a supportive environment.
BBT's Tuition Assistance Program provides financial support to dancers in the Pre-Ballet and Youth Division to subsidize training and performances in The Nutcracker Bird and Spring Showcase. By offering need-based scholarships to youth dancers whose families would otherwise be unable to afford dance training, BBT works to reduce the socioeconomic barriers that present in ballet and, more importantly, ensures that every interested dancer can find a home at our studios.
This year, we are asking for your help to raise $40,000 in support of BBT’s Tuition Assistance Program. Every dollar given directly supports the tuition and performance fees of participating dancers.
The total need for the 2024-25 Season to support every family who has requested help is $60,669.00. Our hope is to meet this need and surpass our $40,000 goal so that we can be there for every dancer in need this Season.
Please consider contributing to our Tuition Assistance Program before year-end to help us meet the need of all our dancers and families!
If every family in our community gives $202.23, we will be able to successfully surpass our goal and meet every dancer's need.
Thank you for supporting BBT and ensuring that we can continue to be a place where all can dance.
